Our 12 week programme consists of 2 exercise sessions per week for 12 weeks (24 sessions in total) with an experienced personal trainer. Your sessions will be split between personal one-to-one sessions and small group sessions with no more than four people in each group. Two of our facilities that you can use are private gyms where you will be the only one there! No need to be intimidated by lycra clad ladies or body building men. Group sessions available will vary from gym circuit classes to walking groups outside in the fresh air. Throughout the programme you will be given guidance on diet and nutrition and information regarding key areas that are relevant to your lifestyle. To help keep you on track, we operate an incentive scheme. If you keep up your end of the deal and work hard towards making positive changes we will give you discount vouchers for local businesses providing relaxation or leisure activities that you can choose from to have fun with and to celebrate your success!
