Cost

The cost of the 12 week programme is £345 per person.  This price includes;

• 24 exercise sessions/ 12 personal training/ 12 small group sessions with highly trained, experienced personal trainers
• Private training facilities at no extra cost
• Diet & nutrition support
• Training schedule to follow for 12 weeks
• Weekly information sheets regarding aspects of health, fitness and nutrition
• Training schedule and programme to continue to use on completion of the 12 weeks
• Free half hour consultation every three months after completion of programme for 1 year
• Incentive scheme
