| Weekend Fit Camps
These weekend camps are great for those that are pushed for time or cannot commit to a five day programme. Check-in on Friday morning ready to start training after lunch, work into the evening, all day Saturday and finish ready to leave by 3pm Sunday. The weekend will consist of intense training using the gym and heated indoor swimming pool on site, training outside using some of the beautiful parks and woodland in the local area and nutrition sessions where you will learn about how to optimise your nutrition and best control your everyday diet. Upon booking a place on a weekend camp we will ask you to complete an honest food diary for us to look at in advance of your arrival so that we can see how you manage your diet and nutrition. You will have the choice of a specific healthy menu to choose from at every mealtime. The camp includes;
