Facilities

Training sessions can be run from three different locations in Milton Keynes depending on which location is convenient for you and what equipment will work best for your individual sessions;

www.pjcare.co.uk www.cmktherapy.co.uk www.ichotelsgroup.com Sherwood Drive:  A private gym with a mix of aerobic equipment and weights where you can have the place to yourself.  Changing and shower facilities are available. CMK Therapy:  Another private gym where you can train without the worry of anyone watching what you are doing.  Changing and shower facilities are available.  Located on Bradwell Common next to the medical centre. Spirit Health Club:  A small private members club situated in the Holiday Inn Hotel, central Milton Keynes.  This club has a small capacity but a good variety of equipment and a heated indoor swimming pool.

Group sessions will be run from any of the three facilities or local parks or walking routes in the Milton Keynes area.
