12 Week Training Plan The 12 week training programme consists of two training sessions per week, one session will be a one-to-one session and the other will be a group session. As well as the structured training sessions you will be given a training programme to use during the rest of the week and nutrition advice to help optimise nutrition and reduce ‘dietary bad habits’. Some conditions that can benefit greatly from regular exercise are; Weight loss/ obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Depression / anxiety, Stress, Asthma / COPD, Angina, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Post natal recovery. Our structured 12 week plan is great for people that suffer with any of the above conditions as regular exercise can massively improve quality of life. Ladies Only Outdoor Fitness If you are looking for a different way to train and get fit without joining a gym, then this could be the type of training for you. We train outside at the Emerson Valley Sports Pavilion (MK Rugby Club) on a Monday night at 6pm. Training consists of different exercise stations, running drills and core stability exercises. These sessions are for all fitness levels, exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels. Sessions cost £5 a time (more times to be announced).
